We keep our refund terms simple and transparent. If something went wrong on our end, we make it right. Here is exactly what you are entitled to and how to claim it.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all subscriptions and purchases made on the Credwik platform operated by ADF DesignTech Private Limited (CIN: U62011HR2026PTC146319). This Policy is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 2019, the Information Technology Act 2000, and applicable RBI guidelines on digital payments.
By subscribing to any paid plan on Credwik, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
Free Plan (INR 0): No charge. No refund applicable.
Solo Plan (₹299/month): Monthly or annual billing. Recurring subscription.
Pro Plan (₹999/month): Monthly or annual billing. Recurring subscription.
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through (a) your Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan; or (b) by emailing support@credwik.com with your registered email address and subscription details.
Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid. After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan. Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you resubscribe. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period after cancellation.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive a renewal reminder 7 days before your renewal date. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except in the circumstances described in section 04.4 below. No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing month.
Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal, you are eligible for a full refund of the annual subscription fee. After 7 days, no refund is available for the remaining unused portion of the annual subscription, except in the circumstances described below.
Early Access / Promotional Offers: Users who subscribed under the early access promotional pricing (e.g., 3 months free) are not eligible for refunds for the discounted or free period. Any subsequent paid renewals are subject to this Policy.
Eligible Refund Circumstances: (a) Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same subscription period; refund of the duplicate charge will be processed within 7 business days. (b) Technical failure — a confirmed technical issue prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 72 continuous hours and Credwik was unable to restore access; refund or credit will be provided on a pro-rata basis. (c) Unauthorised charge — a charge occurred without your authorisation and you notify us within 30 days of the charge, subject to verification. (d) EU/UK statutory withdrawal right — EU/EEA and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; however, by expressly requesting immediate access to the Service, you acknowledge this right may be waived once the Service has been fully performed.
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
— Change of mind or decision not to use the Service — Failure to cancel before the auto-renewal date — Partial use of the subscription period — Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described on our pricing page — Errors in data entered by the user (e.g., incorrect GST filings) — Third-party API downtime (e.g., GST portal, NIC) outside Credwik's control
Email support@credwik.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Email]".
Include: your registered email address, subscription plan, date of charge, amount charged, reason for refund request, and any supporting documentation.
Credwik will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at support@credwik.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your Credwik account pending investigation.
Refunds will be processed for the subscription amount paid, inclusive of GST. Credwik will issue a valid GST credit note for any approved refund in compliance with the CGST Act 2017.
Credwik reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

For unresolved disputes, you may also approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, or the relevant dispute resolution mechanism of your payment processor.
