Questions
Do you build MTD filing software?
No. HMRC-recognised software does the filing. We build what sits around it: onboarding, document collection, reminders and deadline tracking.
Is client data secure?
Each client sees only their own documents, and staff access is set by role. We agree the hosting region and backups with you before we start.
Can it connect to the software we already use?
Often, yes. Tell us what you use and we'll check its integrations before we send a proposal.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work in English with clients around the world, over video calls, a shared board and a working link every week. We're on India time (IST, UTC+5:30), which overlaps with the working day in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. For the US we schedule early-morning or evening calls.
