Working with us from anywhere
Time zones
We're on India time (IST, UTC+5:30). That overlaps with mornings in the UK and Europe, afternoons in Australia and most of the working day in the Middle East. For the US we hold early-morning or evening calls.
Communication
Video calls, a shared board, and a written update every week. You always talk to the partners doing the work.
Contracts and confidentiality
We're happy to sign your NDA before a detailed call. Scope, timeline and cost are agreed in a written proposal before work starts, and code, designs and accounts are handed over to you at the end of the project.
Payments
Payment terms are set out in the written proposal before work starts, including the currency we invoice in and how you pay.
Tools
We plan and track every project in ADF CRM, the CRM we built for ourselves, and you get a working link every week.

How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. After the first call we send a written proposal with a timeline. You'll see a clickable prototype early, then working software every week.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted after a free 30-minute call. You get a written proposal with the scope, timeline and cost before any work starts.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work in English with clients around the world, over video calls, a shared board and a working link every week. We're on India time (IST, UTC+5:30), which overlaps with the working day in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. For the US we schedule early-morning or evening calls.
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. Code, designs and accounts are handed over to you at the end of the project.
What happens after launch?
We stay on for fixes and updates, and we agree the support arrangement with you before launch.
